Anyone from IT cares to comment on this?

This is puzzling, at least...

This is per Business Insider, coverage of "World’s Most Attractive Employers 2019" (WMAE 2019)

Universum, a research firm, surveyed 247,235 students (business, engineering and IT majors) in the world’s 12 largest economies.

The study was fielded from September 2018 to April 2019. The students were asked: (a) which employer characteristics are most influential as they consider future employment and (b) which employer brands they most admire.
To be considered, companies must rank in the top 90% of employers within at least six of the 12 largest world economies, as weighted by GDP.
Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employer report is now in its eleventh year

All the top 10 are tech companies or have something to do with creativity, Something JPM does not have.
