I just received the bad news today. Unfortunately, I was one of the many people who got laid off at Fry’s Food after 14 years of service. Who else received a severance plan? Does this kick in at the end of the month for us?

I'm sure all the store managers who were terminated received a severance package. I believe half of the store managers, in D5, about ten, were terminated. I don't have a clue about their severance package. When you take on that kind of position with Fry's it's a high reward/high risk proposition. Some good men and women with families that will surely be tested as we approach the holidays.
