The number of Texas jobs in and related to the energy sector, however, continued to fall for the fourth consecutive month.

A slowdown in the oil and gas industry, caused in part by slowing international economic activity that weakened demand for oil, has caused energy companies to cut back in Texas.

The state’s mining and logging industry, which in Texas is dominated by the oil and gas industry, shed 1,100 jobs in September from August.

So many useless LnT contractors. They show up with no experience, then we have to train them. In a few years, LnT will have enough Halliburton knowledge to build their own oil and gas equipment,
