How can they even think about layoffs when people are leaving on their own in droves? The amount of attrition at my location is frightening at my location. It comes down to the fact that anyone that has any choice ( even not necessarily a better choice) is leaving, and they want to thin the headcount even more. Do they really think this way of running the company is sustainable?
