Let grow up people, this is Corporate America. Nestle isn't the only company that has done this. They could have told us all to pack sand and not gave us 40% retention or a decent package. I never thought after 20 years I would have to look for another job, however that is life! There is life after Nestle'. Take the high road folks.

Has your pay dropped 40%? How? Your pay should be trued up. Why dont you become a ceo somewhere if it bothers you. Be a pro athlete , they get paid millions... or a movie star?
