Lots of nepotism at Oasis, people in decision making positions with no experience and absolute clueless! Oasis is a “not what you know Company, but a who you know company.” I the last another year I would be surprised!
I couldn't have said it better myself, @10GcEyh9-Qqyz! It's so annoying to see who gets promoted around here and who gets passed over yet again. No wonder the company is failing.
Very True a company that has failed to recognize the employees that actually care about the company but keep promoting people based on who you know...shame....they have lost a lot of great minds who bring something to the table...They keep hiring the Hr Ladies to promote and organize football events and have failed to recognize the Engineers and Geologist who actually contribute to keeping the company running.
This is true. Many people with heart, drive and a true dedication for this company were dismissed recently while ones sleeping in the corner were kept. Management needs some serious workover if not replaced. Company is dysfunctional when it comes to money management. Parting note....they have alot of great people that could replace others positions to make the company better.
They have some good supervisors in Frac, like Kurt M., but most (like Kevin H. and Tommy M) only got promoted because they spent most of their time kissing a–.
