January 6, 2020 it will be announced that a fresh manager and a front end manager will be eliminated. All leads in the company will be key holders with alarm codes and there will be a refinement to the block schedule that allows them more time outside of their department to do tasks previously done by managers. The number of fresh leads will be changed based on volume (most clubs getting a reduction) and more responsibilities put in who is left.

What really hurts is that everyone has Bill's and they won't say who going to be gone and give us a heads up so u can look for another job god be with us all

1 am shift, 1 pm shift, equals 14 shifts per week. 2 Merchandise Leads cover 10 shifts
Who does the other four if you only have two bodies?
You dont need 4 merchandise leads to run the floor. You only need 2. One in morning and one in evening. We lost one of our evening leads a month ago and he hasn't been replaced. Also, our overnight manager(who is now a merchandise manager) was not on the list to have his food certification test to be done. Means he is going to be eliminated.
Prepared foods lead will be gone. Unprofitable cafes will be closed and the space leased out. Clubs that keep the cafe will have the responsibility of the cafe shifted to the bakery lead. HMS and rotisserie will be shifted to the meat lead.
This will happen. Just give it time. Are you kidding, we had just one fresh Mgr for years. The freezer cooler will go back to grocery like it's gone back and forth every year or two for years. Fresh responsibility needs to stick to the production areas. Anyone that can stock a can of peas, can stock freezer cooler with a 15 minute lesson on rotation. Also, do you think they raised the TL top out rate to $29.70 for no reason at all?
How would they eliminate a fresh lead? Which one? What areas would they combine?
I heard the company is testing this new structure in the clubs in Nevada. Anyone know more?
i believe this about the fresh leads ..we just lost 1 of ours and they are not in a hurry to replace them same with the front end manager we have been down to 1 manager for months and there not even trying to replace him
