I miss when they where PSA’s ours would help unload the truck, assist customers and a lot of them knew how to do installs and sos orders now As MST’s I actually here from them it’s not my job to help customers I’m here to change this bay they don’t even do a good job they just move the boxes and say done. I will say there are 3 on that crew that actually dig into the bay sort through mix boxes and do an amazing job on cleaning it up, down stocking and even assist every customer when they see we’re with someone else the others just have headphones in on there phones or just completely ignore everyone completely.

An auditor...we need more bodies not an auditor...just another no nothing telling us what we are not doing while they ride around all day...we just need to go back to working for store manager and can the payroll. The marketvstaff are useless and do nothin but b–ch.

DMSM should have end of QTR meetings next week. I know for sure mine does. If I was a betting man, I would say they come back after meetings and deliver the news. Somethings gonna have to give. Understaffed and resets out the ying yang.

MSS. job is changing. Just look at HD. There is no buffer between MSM and DMSM. I think they will stay just in change of role. Maybe a project lead for the reset teams and maybe an auditor who goes around and make sure stuff is getting done correctly

Another useless area/market position reserved for market director brown-nosers and other flunkies that couldn’t find their way out of a paper bag if they had to work in the stores. Please Marvin, keep cutting the area/market/regional staff—I assure you there is a lot of dead weight in those areas.
