With almost two decades with company we deserve better

I received exceeds on my last review and was given 1.25%. It is insulting. There is no incentive to go above and beyond constantly working more than 40 hours per week. Then when you ask for a half day to handle a personal issue after all of the extra work you are told you must take PTO. Being salaried has zero perks. Management goes over salaried time cards with such detail - they are well aware of how much everyone works. It is so disheartening.
They don't care. They'd rather be rid of you. Don't expect raises if you work there. The most you'll get are underwater stock options and maybe a bonus...
Meeting expectations didn't even get .08 cents for most. You must have really exceeded expectations! While your medical premiums went up 6+%.
