Pushed to do risk assessments and duplicated them versus actually doing them. Got lazy and caught. When your shop has a lot of injuries they blame poor risk assessments. Then they look at them and they are all the same.

Management approved everyone of these things but yet nothing happens to them. To bad their union is sh–. Their own griever taking overtime for the people getting fired.

Whatever ethical violations they may have committed was no doubt encouraged by management. As usual only the lowest employees will take the fall.
Show me a single employee who hasn't falsified something in some manner. If everything was done exactly as written no freight would get pulled at all. Sorry excuse to get rid of some employees. People are gonna start getting jitters from stuff like this then they really will slow things down out of fear of losing their jobs if they forget to dot an I or cross a T.
