Why we have a lot of supervisors? If we have 6managers plus GM. I don’t understand why they pay to much hiring supervisor but you just gonna see them seating there a– in the office eating while the associates are doing 2 to 3 jobs and only getting payed $11.22. I do carts and click and pull order then help at the door. Do you guys think this is fair?

Don’t worry...management is about to get served and eviction notice...it’s almost that time of the year!
I've been working as a cashier for 5 years and still only make 11.22 an hour. Very frustrating to know a COS now makes 18.00 an hour. There are some that really help out but then.....there are quite a few who are making ~1 1/2 times my salary and are doing a lot less than the cashiers. Remember Sam's Club.. your cashiers are the face of your business!!
Corporate better wise up. Members in our club are not happy at the changes. I predict we will lose long time loyal members. Only a few people step up to solve issues. It is sickening to see what is happening.
@dlg oh I got mine and took my severance around this time last year. Best thing that could ever happen to me. I still like to check up on all the madness on here. So... Yeah, walking paper are amazing!!!
I wish I had a crew of 4 floor associates. Lucky if we have 3 most days.
Yeah funny when someone looses their job, hopefully it’s you karma has a way of coming back on you? When it does remember the word you used walking papers.
