Severance Pay Awareness

Please be aware that company is going around and laying people of with out cause and making then sign paper saying that they will receive there pay as labour standards time frame. Which is not happening it’s been over ten days where employees were let go but never received there final pay. If someone may go through situations like this please be aware of your rites and your areas labour standard laws. Basically company is jerking there ex employee with there hard earned pay cheque’s now. This is not including Severance money.

Lifelong, I would say deserve, as you remember just as the bust happened, WFT started letting go of employees, and paid off their vacations. They work they earn it. I feel sorry for those employees.

Surely they arent so low on funds they cant pay off all debts to workers. Or maybe they are. Thats not good

Sure they are aware of the applicable laws but what do they care? Anybody remember the Venezuela fiasco? Algeria right offs?
