There is a serious trend of treating employees like garbage and our so called HR dept is an adversarial tool of greedy execs. And it is greed come on wake up! Their are small firms that succeed that still provide health benefits to employees.
The agenda of company that claims transparency but is most hypocritical in its moves is clear : screw little guy and at least on this board HR id–ts and retirees who worked in some golden age of laziness attack us workers who bust our @sses trying to get by.
