If the market makes a turn soon, do you think there will be AECOM Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

They layoff people all the time. Any new merger or acquisition they will need to let departments and people go due to duplication. Stop promoting administrative assistants into manager positions. This is the reason why company is not managed properly. Bad management and no proper leadership at ground level.
Relatives will protect their own relatives who report into them so they don't lose their jobs. They will have nice comfortable jobs well into retirement like their daddys did and sisters will. Previous acquired companies like URS and UMA Engineering are to blame. Level of nepotism in this company is ridiculous and slightly corrupt - favoritism helped promote their own children into management as they retire. They need a policy like the one I recently found.
Example: XYZ Company is committed to fostering a fair and professional work environment that minimizes the potential for favoritism or conflict of interest in the workplace. To help achieve this goal, the employment of relatives is not permitted. Are you related to any individual(s) to which you are applying?
This is pretty much a rehash of the same post a year ago.
Expect more of the same – outsourcing and "cost optimization". I'm sure we'll hear soon enough.
