I agree with the above response. 2020 will be the first year that the company did not experience BARD profits. With raises and bonuses being limited to less than average this year, the company is cutting corners all the way down to starting to charge people for coffee, which is a bad sign.
Seems like people in multiple departments are leaving in bunches, so its possible that it may mitigate an unexpected layoff, but it's hard to say.
I would definitely expect the usual Tuesday layoffs in September.
I have heard rumors of something happening between Jan- Feb.
But of course the normal annual layoffs always start in September.,so I would bet more on this.
