What we have here is a bunch of young spoiled kids who thinks they are owed something and wants everything there way. Thinks they should be promoted 3 months after being employed. Guess what your parents are not in charge at Sams to give there little precious children everything they want. Welcome to the real world. Yes you are going to be required to do things you do not agree with and don’t like but I’m pretty sure you applied for a job at Sams and they did not come recruit you. Your not forced to work at Sams it’s your own free will so if it’s that bad go find you that perfect job your looking for or better yet open your own business and hire some employees and let them do as they please. So easy to sit back and complain day after day, week after week and you look up and you been there for 5 years still complaining because your too lazy to go find employment elsewhere.

Okay boomer
Okay. Seems like a Know-It-All individual.
All so true. We have some very young associates who think they can steal company time, take as many breaks as they want, walk around on their cell phones. No reprimand ever happens to them. They have absolutely no work ethics. They are only there for a paycheck and those of us that really cares are the ones that gets more added to their work load..
As I said in a previous diatribe, no one with any amount of self-worth has this company on their list as a place they'd prefer to work for. These days, it's only after they've been rejected everywhere else that they're open to the possibility because, hey, at least it's a job. Conversely, we're so desperate for people, the only prerequisite is that they have a pulse. So all we get are everyone else's rejects and those who are desperate for employment. From out of that there may emerge a very small number of decent additions. But in my experience the last few years, 9 out of 10 don't last long enough to even exist in anyone's short-term memory.

The latest hires at our club aren't smart enough to complain. Don't know if that's by some grand design or it's because no one with half a brain wants to work for Walmart. It's a mystery. (Not really.)
The people that don’t complain or get stressed are the people that don’t give a s$&t or get away with doing nothing. Why would they complain if they get away with doing nothing and still get paid? And then the people with the good work ethic get it all piled on them, which in my experience is mostly the boomer generation.
why can I not say union. this is a sams club controlled sight
I have been with company for 26 years and I will say we need a union. sad to say but true
The worst complainers in any club I’ve worked at were the Boomer generation. “Back in my day we had 3 guys to unload every truck! Why can’t we go back to that?” “We had 1 stocker in every aisle when I started!” Even where I’m at now, it’s all older generation associates(not everyone from the older generation) resisting everything and holding up the progress.
Ok boomer
Seems like that’s the 20 plus associates at my club complaining all the time. Not the younger hires. And know I’m not new. Been at Sam’s 17 years.
Wow So True.
