What is the scoop on Dragonfly? Suppose to have rolled out last year and no one seems to be talking about it except there are still 100 defects to work out 😂

Layoffs are coming to IPB, too much head count and not enough work.

Layoffs don’t last forever but are prevalent at Citi. It seems like every 4 months a chunk of people are let go. The way I look at it, the company will lay you off its just a matter of time. When you look at it that way, you’re sorta free. If you want to watch a manager freak out tell them “I”m as loyal to the company as the company is to me”. That’ll get you a blank stare. LOL

slow burn is likely over. Might see some automation in archaic depts, but IC's are still needed bcs work has been prioritized. layoffs do not happen forever.
