I was laughing at this wondering if thelayoff normally posts this in every thread, or if this is a failed attempt to intimidate/scare tactic people disagreeing with the obvious PR paid people posting glowing positive experiences via Frys.

If it is, they might need to realize its hard to get a legal subpoena for differing opinions, and thinly veiled (even incorrect) intimidating threats are the tactics of criminals, ironically. That is to say, they would be the closest to getting their data turned over to Police, not the other way around.

Thanks, Captain Obvious. Just in case you were planning any illegal activities in a foreseeable future, every page you ever visited including Facebook has the similar sentence in its privacy policy.
