Sounds like Mitch scr*wed the pooch on the Algeria deal. SH is exercising their preemptive rights and have rejected the Anadarko /Oxy sale.
Good for him. I don't blame him not wanting to join or have anything to do with the disgraceful people at Oxy or the company they are somehow proud of. He probably knows exactly what their reputation and track record is based on. All the best to him. Smart.
Well $43.9 Million from the APC sale is hardly enough to make ends meet, so every extra million helps. He has bills to pay!
