GA area. Our store is starting a new CVS program- we are handing funeral planning guides. When our customers ask why, we tell them simply that we never know when we will make a mistake that could be fatal. So we feel you should be prepared. Customers are very receptive to it. Let's face it- it's Russian Roullette with d–gs.

What gives you the right to practice pharmacy at your pace that cares for patients and I have to pump out scripts like a machine to keep my job ? I would love to take my time and care for others . I am only a liscense to push d–gs for Cvs .
As a pharmacist no matter how short handed I am I prioritize the tasks making the customers in the store my top priority ! I never rushed to sacrifice patient safety. If you customers feel that they are your number one priority they will keep coming back ! Reset expectations for customers, apologize and keep them informed on why something is taking longer than expected. I worked in a 24hr high volume store our metrics for production were in the toilet but my service always remained in the 90s. I had several strategies that got me there and a team with great ideas and that were willing to respond to feedback.
The dumb is strong in this one
I think its a great idea!!! Have them sign up for a Carepass that way they can get 10 bucks off the tissues for the funeral. Lol
Since they are working you to death do you get an employee discount!
I loved it!
The tiny brain of an angry pharmacist is amusing
Dumb comment...if you feel that way then quit. If you feel you are putting people at risk then don’t work there
