So this one (and the one in MD) seem to be the first 2 to be announced AFTER that major Nov. 7 announcement. So looks like the new round of announcements have begun.

Earlier this month, Transform Holdco announced they were closing 51 Sears stores by February. The store inside Parkdale Mall was not on that initial list.
It was in the story that the Beaumont store was not on the list.
