I've always wondered why there is a separate data team for each region. We need one data base with one team inputting data. Splitting it up just causes confusion. Pay a team of 10 in texas instead of 5 in each region.

can we just get rid of the regional teams completely? i don't need a team of 3-6 people making $60-80k being the middle man for the global teams. Most regional employees have global counterparts, and we're still pricing updates and corrections at noon on changeover days

We are owned by Amazon. So it makes sense that they will be taking more and more control. Nothing new here.
