Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

Things will not change as long as this executive team is in charge

This company will NEVER get better as long as the same executives remain in place doing the same things they've always done. They wouldn't even change the name of the company when they formed the so called "new" company. Unless they upgrade their outdated way of thinking and operating, they are doomed to be mediocre at best. This is not how companies excel and make themselves stand out from the competition in a positive and productive way. They acquired new technology, better business practices, and a lot of great employees, but have no clue on how to capitalize on it. We sadly watch a company we used to be proud of get run into the ground by people at the top who should but who are not demonstrating they know how to make the company better. Instead they continue to do the wrong things and try to make up for their losses by throwing away their lifelines. Not smart at all.

Well said, @ZJBxFoP-2Qjle.

I was part of outsourced IT why is it a surprise they figured out that selling people out doesn't work so they would bail out?

It appears some of the SLT is leaving...CISO–gone, CTO-gone, CIO (gone 4 months ago)..and look at whats happening in the BU's–they are hemorrhaging leadership all the way to the VP's.

Agree 100% with this comment, sadly the SLT is used to running a mom & pop company and have no idea how to run a Corp America business and yes they are running into the ground. Hoping once fiscal year end appears and they can't run from the truth that these leaders will be fired by Board of Directors.

I was stunned to read multiple negative reviews of Change Healthcare at Glassdoor and the company actually responded with "Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!". Seriously? Is this tone deaf response how the company is improving their floundering enterprise?
