The 88sears.com website can be used to confirm that COBRA coverage will be moved from Sears Holdings to Transformco on 01/01/2020.

Follow the steps below to confirm that your COBRA coverage through Sears Holdings will be moved to Transformco on 01/01/2020.

NOTE: You MUST USE Chrome or Windows Explorer when performing these steps. Other browsers (e.g., Apple Safari) will not work.

  1. Go to 88sears.com; Transformco Human Resources Site opens
  2. Under the Benefits Information menu, click on: TRANSFORMCO Enroll/View/Change Coverage (NEW); TRANSFORMCO Benefits Resources Login screen opens
  3. Go to the yellow-highlighted text and click on “here”; Login screen opens
  4. Under the Log On bar, click on “New User?”; Personal Identification screen opens
  5. Enter your personal information and click on “Continue”; Screen opens showing your current SHLD coverage and your Transformco coverage that will be starting on 01/01/2020

CHARLES CITY, Iowa - A Charles City man has been accused of stealing more than $6,000 worth of cash and merchandise from a retailer.

Kenin Neve, 28, is facing a felony second-degree theft charge in Floyd County.

Over the course of a month, Neve is accused of taking around $6,200 worth of cash and merchandise from Kmart, according to court documents.

Neve was observed by store security/management Monday taking money from a store cash bag and putting it into his pocket.
