Who wants to merge with a company that it’s debt is so high!! Who’s going to get this company out of debt to merge?? It’s a sinking ship grab your life jacket cause no one is going to grab it for you!

Rumor has it this isn't the first business Pessina has "managed" into the ground. There is even an interview where The Man himself says he doesnt care about the retail side of business, he is more interested in the merger aspect.
Buyout talks failed. Stock tanking again as expected.
At what point does the board fire all these Euros and let us get back to making this company money!!when theres more loss prevention people at the company than FE employees there is a problem..go back to 1 dm per 20-25 stores, ensure none of them are pharmacist!! Decline in sales correlates directly with Pessina taking over and the rise in Pharmacist as DPRs and DMs, these people have no clue how to make FE sales and its obvious, plus your paying them way more!!if we did our jobs this bad at the store level we would be fired!!
