Stock price low. More RIF's is what they think will correct it.

The stock is at 51.33 this morning. Poor Job done bye Regional and New York Management. Time to clean house, sell off division and become a specialty come. All they are doing now is spending money like the Fed Gov.

BD will be out in 2020 so Peter has to make major changes before he leaves so it is on BDs watch. look for getting out of divisions and slimming down the company in early 2020. They have to do this, the stockholder is not happy.

This is a perfect example of government bailout in a capitalist economy! Period. It leaves the door open for cronyism and corruption of the worst kind. The short term rewards pale in comparison to the actual outcome - that being - a few steal millions and walk away. It’s a fire sale and only a few are given the opportunity to drink from the cup. It’s so ugly it’s unbelievable!!

This company has been on a downward spiral since 2008. It is perfectly understandable that they put the shareholders interest first. But without the experience, dedication, and commitment from the staff the shareholders would not be in a beneficial position. Senior management is not concerned about the staff, middle management is ineffective at getting this done, and the staff are considered collateral damage and expendable. All of the RIF's, offshoring, and automation are depleting this once fine company of all of talent needed to be successful. If you are within striking distance of retirement I would seriously consider it or take the next package being offered. Your family and your mental and physical health are more important. They will always fine someone else to do your work and abuse. Good luck to all.

BD is preparing his exit already by promoting PZ to president. he's laying the groundwork. This company should have been taken over by a third party in 2008. The cronyism and horrible management has just run this company into the ground. They will boost stock price with rifs of older people so they can use the money to hire their friends buy back the stock Take the Money and Run same as the last seven CEOs did. wake up. The board stood by all this time they're always in bed with Senior Management they won't do anything
