Rumored Cisco LRs coming to AppD this week
I work here, ppl are leaving for greener pastures or updating their cv, Cisco k–led innovative AppD culture now its corp Cisco culture stay away
@wxef+12JKUyOV sounds like a management plant.
I work here, most of the comments above I did agree with. I am not a millennial, yet many who work here are and most very sharp. I have 32 years in the industry and really enjoy working here. Yea there are problems, challenges but what company does not have them. They are owned by Cisco but run as a separate business and you get the benefits of a big company. Its a fast pace environment which reminds me of many startups I have been at, and a fun place to work at. Yes the Kitchen is a plus.
Danny Winkour is in over his head, lack of product vision no interest in fixing any of the deep problems that are causing top talent to leave. This company needs a haircut, Cisco needs to step in and clean house. Stay away.
Do not touch when with a 10ft long pole.
In a slow death spiral. Get out fast if you currently work there and stay away if you are contemplating going there.
can confirm this is not good place to join some mgmt only care about themselfs not team or product. one young director keeps getting promoted destroying others playing dirty tricks & taking control of multiple depts to benefit career using cisco to expedite process for us green card beware
Can't disagree with that. Avoid like the plague.
Horrible Horrible place. The good talent and remaining leadership including the CEO already left last year. Multiple reorgs and adhoc firings are a common event. Cisco is going to s— AppD early this year. Many Directors and above will be cut. The product is decent, but the current state is a cesspool. I would recommend staying away.
Top talent has left, innovation stifled, nothing left but a graveyard
They do not value tenured resources. They favor millennials and cheap labor.
On the plus side HUGE free snack room available. Could save on food expenses.
Stay away to avoid disappointment and working for someone who will underpay you and fire you for no reason but only because they want to make their results looking good before publishing.
Can confirm, AppD is not worth joining and is in a spiral losing top talent and lacking ability to execute on vision
