Has anyone made a complaint about harrasment or discrimination to aso the Sears hr corporate.?
I keep getting robotic answers and nothing has been done, no investigation.
Should I sue?

As a sm I can tell you that you are wasting your time calling aso. All they do is forward the complaint to me. They are looking out for the company not you.

Unfortunately no matter the situation the DM is going to side with the SM!
