Incompetence or Unethical. That's the question regarding the 204h Notice recently distributed. Incomplete information about changes and how they will impact the individual. This 204h Notice doesn't appear to comply with ALL legal requirements. Benefits center can't or won't provide info needed to make an informed decision. Appears to be a "high level" effort to reduce pension cost by scaring people off, or moving them to a lower cost formula. Can't help but question, is it incompetence, or an intentional act without regard to ethics?
