Is she a hologram?
No, she is not the replacement for Aero acting CTO. At yesterday town hall, MM says new CTO is pending. She is new to TM IT org
Yuck that is a trip to hr waiting to happen.
digital goddess
Read the CTO Job posting and it predicts the future. Last line Stands out.
Continuously Redefine the physical footprint of the engineering organization
Fun times.
Regardless of her skills it will be a nightmare for her. With continued RIFs there won't be anyone left. The strategy is clearly outsourcing...... doesn't matter what the question or problem is. Outsource and then squeeze then vendor so they can't afford to give Honeywell the service they need to support the business. Then blame the remaining employees and repeat again
The past replacements all backed out of their accepted offers once the found out what the mess was and the only allowed solutions needed to be 10-20% less cost..... sometimes you need to pay vendor so for work.....
Or one could have titled the thread New Chief Technology Officer....s-xist much?
It's simply a new name on the executive organization chart reporting to the same masters.
One can only hope she is more serious than the digital dud. This is a role ripe for exaggeration and outright falsehoods when claiming accomplishments.
The only thing I saw digital dude digitize that impacted the average aero person was the micromanagement of EEI with very efficient charts by name and hours of unpaid over time worked.
Yup.. i am still angry and wont let it go until somebody flat out apologizes without the weasel words and blaming of front line managers.
Some advice digital lady. Don’t brag until you have the basics fixed... start with a time card system that runs on modern browsers and mobile devices. Simple stuff.
