Anyone elses club starting attendance over? Does ppto stop accumulating after Max 48?

You can only earn 48hrs of ppto a year, but it has no limit. So this year (2020) if you didn't use any again at the end of the year you would have 96hrs ppto
Yes ours started over . GM erased everyone’s points . This happens all the time . The point system was suppose to fix attendance issues but once again is a big joke . We had people with 20 points but still here at work . Now they get a free slate to start over .
So what will happen now Iis the first group of people that get 5 points will be terminated and than they will back off and once again come next January they will all get erased again and start over .
Really s—s for the associates that do not call in .

If you maxed 48 hrs ppto before Feb 1, you must have OT, and not burned any all year. Well done. I think the combined time you've been earning will be earned in the reg. pto column till Feb 1. Remember all ppto will roll over regardless of reg. pto balance, no limit.
Unless your club is so bad you get second chance and it gets all cleared.
Attendance does not start over. You accumulate points as they occur. Tgey fall off 6 montgs from the day they happen. You can earn a max of 48 ppto per year.
