Looked over their LinkedIn profile. What a joke. They're trying to pass off attending a seminar at HBS as "attending Harvard" and they have a Lean certification from a second-tier university to go with a bachelor's from a known diploma mill. I have no idea what qualifies this person to be an executive at UP or anywhere else. UP needs to up their recruiting game and get some qualified leadership.
I have 2 bachelors degrees, and that got me a boot in the a– right out door Hell I wasn't even a manager!
If this is a non-accredited school, yes we’ll hire you. One day you may even become an AVP. We hire those not qualified to do much else. If you make the right friends, which with your fake degree you should you’ll move up quickly.
People with marketable degrees from accredited universities (not the "University" of Phoenix) don't apply to UP. If we we ever do it is for a pit-stop, not for a career.
I take that back: I know two Texas A&M grads still working there, but they both admitted that UP was the only company that would hire them with their rock-bottom GPAs. Both are currently looking for other jobs.
