HCL extensions - any updates???

Who in their right mind would go back to this terrible company?? Seriously people.
I certainly wouldn’t count on being hired back in 60 days!
There were 48 people across all cores that were supposed to badge back, Xerox agreed to it months ago, then when the time came 12/31/19 they backed out on their promise and all 48 were let go saying they could apply to come back to the core in 60 days
What core was promised they would be rebadged back and it dis not happen?
No extensions that I've heard of. It's seems as if if it's full speed ahead, whether they can perform or not. In virtually all cases it's "not".
@12QhDpp9-pbe I’m sure HCL is a customer service mess but what does it matter? I see a lot of these comments around “oh they will be sorry for moving to HCL it will hurt sales and customers” but do you think the leadership at Xerox cares? The decisions have been made & contracts signed. There is no future at Xerox & no going back.
Is the work HCL offshore is doing causing any customer escalations, missed sales, contract cancellations, or other issues?
We have a few six month extensions, everyone else let go, either by their 60 day notice date or a few weeks after that, work is sad, so hard to come in and see so many empty desks, we were supposed to have 2 people badge back from HCL to the core but Xerox said no so they both lost their jobs too, offshore teams just can't grasp the work, they just don't have the brains or ambition to get work completed in time, not sure if it is a cultural thing but they don't comprehend deadlines and quality of work is sub par!!!
