The 4 billion went to paying down the mountain of debt this company operates with as well at stock buybacks. It’s bizarre that people are acting like they were somehow just going to hand money out from the sale of a piece of the company basically no one on here was involved with

There was a net loss of something like 250k after fees and buyouts and all that Jazz... it was a sh– deal from the get go
