Since our benefits have switched from United healthcare to Discovery benefits what has happened to are spending account it? shows I have $900 but I have a whole lot more money that I had with the United healthcare that is somewhere in limbo. I have medical appointments that I need to take care of and I have to postpone the appointments because my spending card doesn't have what was on it.

I am just so happy that at least they give us free pizza while we wait on our money to transfer over...

It's not UnitedHealthcare/Optim Bank. Read page 5 in the 2020 Annual Enrollment Guide. We will not be getting that money until after it's been transferred next month. March 3, 2020 is when we should have it. READ PAGE 5.

Mine is available now!
All full timers got the annual enrollment guide in October 2019. I know of a hand full and counting who didn't care to read it. You can download it onto your phone in th Interviews app. Log on, click on 3 lines located on upper right side, click on resources, click on US benefits, click on annuall enrollment, then click on national plan. Then down load in English ir Spanish.
Check your 2020 annual enrollment guide. It's on page 5. We won't have access to the Optum money from 2/3 to 3/3 because that's when it's being moved to Discovery.
What the hell's up with that? how about people that need it right now?
The roll over of your previous amount won't be available until February. I was concerned it wouldn't roll over at all!
