Off all the sources I checked this seems like the best place to get an honest answer...

Hell no run forest run!
With IT rebranding exercise, timing couldn’t be better
Do you enjoy banging your head on a rock while holding hot coals?
Then yes! Welcome aboard.
Go in with eyes open but the Answers above are all on point. Even directionless companies still have forward momentum from previous Helmsman (CEO) and the Wireless machine still powers the ship so many good, well paying jobs to be had. I’m at 25+ yrs in outside sales but doubt i will make 30 bc of poor leadership, non existent operational support and quotas developed by spreadsheet without regard to actual module history/potential. But I’ve had a good well paying run, enjoy my customers and will keep pushing the rock uphill until my badge doesn’t work.
Verizon is a great Company. Sure some bosses are bad, but that's the case everywhere.
Depends on the team and line of business. If part of central corporate, good stability and job security. If for an acquired company like say any in Verizon Media Group, no.
Nope. You are about 5 years too late. Was a good place until the wireless merger with VZ Communications then it all went to $hit. Glassdoor is a good place to check too. Just look at the CEO rating for VZ Connect. He should be fired for that score alone.
Depends on where you will be employed. IT is not a safe place and retail/call centers probably aren't either. What job are you interviewing for? That may help direct the response you are looking for.
Verizon has great employment benefits and we are well paid. It really depends on where you want to work and how resilient you are, if your chosen area is downsized or outsourced. You can probably guarantee at least 3-5 years.
No... Keep on looking elsewhere...
