unfortunately this is the sad truth. Made in the USA.... that is this crxppy business model is 'made in the USA' greedy pigs. I'm gonna move to Canada.... Oh Canada! better severance too!

It’s standard operating procedure for us in America sadly because our law makers and the Supreme Court granted the rights of a person to a corporation a long time ago.
If it’s what needs to happen for a corporations’ survival then it’s fair game - supposedly

There was a lawsuit in Florida over Disney employees who were forced to train their offshore replacements. I don't know how it turned out but it might be worth researching. Unfortunately, this is how free markets work. They exist for the good of the corporation. This is one place where Canada and Europe get it right. Make it as painful as possible to needlessly send jobs offshore.
