Was told by a reliable source that Strang & Beaumont are on the chopping block for this year. Apparently these folks want humps to switch more than 2500 cars, if you ain't switching that many YOU GONE.

Switching cars cost money.. pay union members 30+ hr plus, benefits, liability and poor work ethic from guys with seniority..
I can train a monkey to switch cars.. Union Pacific can contract switching out to companies.. contractors then can pay half with no benefits and run your a– in the dirt.. when you try to play bs games to counter them– they find the next monkey.. sorry a– unions gave this to the company and have no backbone to stop any of it..
