Constant Change for the Sake of Change?

Everyone at corporate seems to think everything is broken and needs corrective action.
The result is silly meaningless change.
Considering they also seem to think everything at the store level costs too much, it’s no surprise that the ship is sinking.

Left one month ago and God lead me to a new job last week. Sent info to Marvin about why I left, how I could talk with him if intested, amazingly never got a call, severnce, bon voyage, good riddance... Like I said in my email, nobody gives a s_it.

Another example - the paint reset two weeks ago reset the aisle back to the way it was five years ago. Not sure they realize they accidentally admitted the past five years of resets were useless...

Boasts of hiring 53,000 pre-spring hires, but are not scheduling any (0) hours to part time employees, and still hanging the signs that say work at Lowes and see great benefits...

Makes me wonder too about this when they do things like two name tag changes in a short amount of time or the flooring reset that was changed mid reset.
