Does anyone know if the company reimburses you for accrued PTO if you leave?

They pay you for accrued PTO. So in December you’ve accrued all your unused PTO. In Jan, you probably have 0-2 days. They probably still allow you to carry over 10 unused days from the prior year and I’d guess they would pay you for those if you’re RIFd and you didn’t use them yet.
Yes, they do. And in some states if they don’t pay you on your last day, they have to pay overtime for each additional day.
