What is going on in this group. I over heard that there are going to be changes within this group. Really? They were already down sized a few years ago. They have a new leader. They are one of the first lines of contact with our customers and brokers besides the mms group. Wow what is happening to the customer service that AIG used to have

They have been looking at this group and there will be some changes from what I hear in the near future. They should just ask for volunteers as to who wants to be RIF'd.
Claims at AIG is the ultimate career dead-end. Endless reports upon reports, low morale, tone deaf management and zero chance for advancement beside the coveted “Sr. Complex Director title” and it’s wonderful $10 raise after you’ve worked at the same salary for a decade (meaning with inflation you've made nothing).
The only upside is that it’s a great hiding place to ework, binge, swipe or be truly productive and work on your next job or side hustle.

Claims Engagement will still be involved with the TPA's so not sure if much will happen. More will be involved with TPA's than others.
Do you really need to ask this question or have you not yet seen the handwriting in the wall? Not to be rude, but WAKE UP!!!
AIG has lost so much business, there is no need for client engagement!
