They s—. They are in our region 13 taken people out for coupons. They flew the lp in from all over and they are running aroudn all week taken out people for coupons. HAHAHAHA! Look at us, we are fixing loss.
There is absolutely no way that happened to the two made-up technicians. Putting aside the fact that the wallet if big enough to divert d–gs is against policy. How’d she know it was in her pocket? Second how do you hear the second thing? They did this in front of you and not in an interview? How exactly does an SM “step in.” BS!
I’ve been with this company for over 30 years (not that they’ve been good ones) and I’ve had at least 10 LP people in that time. Not once, ever, have I seen one that didn’t investigate correctly, only interview when they new the person was guilty, and speak to everyone in the store politely. The same cannot be said for my SM peers or and DSM I’ve ever had.
Don’t perpetuate these myths.
DALP came into a store and said a tech had personal belongings in the pharmacy because of her bi-fold wallet (that was in her back pocket). Then, she started a fight with a 30 year employee because she thought she was stealing (but wasn’t). The employee is elderly and DALP screamed at her and the manager had to step in.
It’s the opposite of engagement to accuse team members of stealing and making things hostile. This is very disappointing to me. They won’t even let you do anything when you catch some one stealing and thieves know that.
Managers are their enemies , they are out to get every manager possible in trouble
LP is a goof. A bunch of fatties trying to justify their jobs. The District LP are at least in the stores. Then you have the RLPM dudes who have nothing to do. Please put the hours back into our stores and cut down some of the LP layers.
