Has anyone heard what associates are working Christmas and New Year’s Eve? Are they going to be scheduled till 1130 pm?

Yep my club they get off at 7:pm
Thanksgiving eve, we stayed until our shift was over. So I imagine it will be the same for Christmas eve.
I work here in SoCal market too an know exactly what your talking about. Once we moved to block schedule that's it, but I heard other clubs in the market were totally changing the schedule to the old standard.
Just got the word, evening associates will work 11:00am to 7:30pm.
If you’d work harder to get the job done, maybe you could be off. The trend with hourly’s these days works as slow as you can. Humm but here we go again enticement, you all k–l me...
As with everything here, depends on if your CM kisses their MM's ... So much is overlooked, integrity included, if they know how to play their game. We have some clubs here in socal that MUST follow direction and some that, well, you know.

At out club, it's block scheduling forever. Hate not being able to spend holiday eves with family.
We were told follow the block schedule. Afternoon merchandisers off at 11:30pm
Varies by club. Up to your market manager and management team.
