What’s an estimated percentage raise for someone getting promoted from band 7 to 6 Individual Contributor?

I got 20% bump in salary along with a 20% sti. I did get my MBA and got my PMP certification before I moved from a band 7 to band 6. The bump was also in line with other salaries found on external sites.
Depends if you are promoted into a technical position. Or if your promotion is a huge change. If so, people have received up to 30% increase.
I think the base pay raise is between 5-10% based on where your pay compares to the new band. However you also need to factor in the STI bump from 12% to 20% at band 6
depends on where your current salary falls within the new payline. Max is 10% without extraordinary approvals
