With the store manager bonus being a thing of the past, how many managers are leaving or have left due to this? Kinda like taking a 5k-15k paycut. I'm sure cvs will be next to axe the bonus program. Less hours, no bonus = 2 weeks notice?

Good idea there Walgreens corporate. Take away any incentive for store managers to run their stores well. I'm sure this will lead to miraculous results that will save the company.
Store managers are leaving left and right, along with a lot of front end associates tired of running front and pharmacy. unfortunately walgreens has made their expectations of front end management unobtainable and impossible to meet with repercussions if not met. District managers are leaving and stepping down as well. Walgreens is looking at hiring external managers which they havent done in over a decade but no one wants to be a store manager with no incentive.
My store mgr definitely didn’t deserve one !!!!!! I feel bad for the str mgr who did deserve it !!!
