I worked at the holiday table today. I was embarrassed to give half of that food to customers. Some of it looked like cheap slop. You could see the disappointment in their faces after waiting for 20 minutes for their food to arrive.

All that prepacked food that didn't sell for Thanksgiving is now being sold on the hot bar. Yummy😵
This holiday season is going to be the best one yet....I’m kidding...thanksgiving at our store did not go well at all.
Tension among coworkers and angry 😡 customers. It’s a sad way to start the holiday season.
What a sh—show yesterday. How can an already dysfunctional understaffed store be expected to churn out 1000s of special orders in two days. We are being set up to fail.
What I hated were all the complaints we had to deal with after the holiday. People don’t realize they can’t heap their guests plate with food and have enough to go around. It’s a 1/2 cup to maybe a cup of sides per person. It was stressful being blamed for ruining so many holidays because the food wasn’t good or something wasn’t included at pick up. Goop bagged and pushed out the door. So glad that’s all behind me now.
And if they pick it up today, it's the freshest, right? Sure, people. Believe your lies.
Every year that passes,im amazed that people still buy that pre-made c-ap....
