I don’t have any info, haven't even heard any rumors, but I have a feeling that there will be a big round of layoffs after the holiday season that will be specifically aimed at long time working full-timers. I figure that, when the demand for labor drops after the holidays, it would be a perfect opportunity to deal with this category of employees that they consider to be redundant at the company in the long run. Does anyone agree that this could happen?

Anyone know anything about the all store manager meeting today?
The holiday season isn't top priority for Lowe's and giving that they will have 3 months to prep for 100 days at the end of the year, they probably won't make too many big changes with staffing. After the holidays, they try to beef up staffing not cut

Ok, this is a pointless post. You haven’t heard anything or have any real information, just a feeling. In other words, you have nothing but you’re bored and thought you’d get online and see if you could stir up some anxiety and trouble for the associates at Lowe’s. Wonderful.
