Well, our PSE was forced to woprk on black Friday, manning a lead table. LMAO.
He stood there all day, blocking a busy end-cap, and disrupting mad foot traffic with bumper carts. At the end of the day, he got ZERO leads.
Then again today, Saturday. With the same results.
Meanwhile, as hes standing trhere doing nothing, we are fielding half a dozen calls per day of complaining PSE customers who never received a call to schedule their estimate, or calling because they have been waiting days / weeks for their estimate, or because their install was terrible and they have an issue.
No one ever fields the call, and it goes unresolved. The CPO is useless, managers are incompetent, and the front end simply sends all these calls to the Pro desk. The customer gets so frustrated with the CPO that they call the store. Then, the PSE never answers because "ITS NOT HIS JOB!" And hes right! He sells, then the coordinator (Lowes eliminated them or has some PT'ers in some stores yet are never trained and useless) and CPO take over but dont! So the customer pays big money, then gets jerkked off.
In NY, the PSE was let go because "he wasnt making sales". Yet, he had no coordinator, no store support, and a useless CPO!
Man, every damn system in Lowe's is brokej, set up to fail, or run by empty suits who dont know sh–. The are so focused on the stuff that doesnt matter. The minutia.
Lowes is failing, and will fail. They refuse to provide proper resources needed for every area of operations. Look at the PSI program! Failure. CPO, XPO, 3rd party cleaning people, elimination of installed sales .... all failures.
Get out while you can. Lowe's is the special olympics on crack.
