I wonder if that CEO posted asking what the F that team has to be proud of....lol Sadly she is right, we dont have anything to be proud of. We spend more time giving the impression we are delivering than actually delivering. How broken is a company that forces its people to use a toll them measures their worth not by what they deliver or do or the experience they have but by how may posts they put on Slack. Our worth is now measured by Slack not results or a happy customer.

Reach out to those Law firms suing Resideo and make sure this and all the other ethics and hostile work environment items are mentioned. All the vaperware products that never get released and the creative account all need to come out. The deadline is approaching to get your info to them. I had about 6 contact me after I sent info and I was very open and honest and even named names.

That’s corruption and mismanagement of company ressources to force a HQ to relocate from Atlanta to Austin just because the CEO is lazy and decide to burn money with a relocation... and he gets millions of dollars in packages reward for screwing the shareholders and employees over ???
