That's what happens when you run off all the talent that made Verizon the great company it was 7-8years ago. Now they've layed off /run off all the USA employees the last 8years or so the network the network has gone down the tubes. You cant just run off talent that's already doing the work of 8 people with 20+years of experience and expect to train anyone within an at least 3 years. A sad state of affairs.
